ANPROS also provide the following Extra Standards (at No Cost !!) with each Kit for greater accuracy of results.
Test Kit : Acetic Acid 0.3g/L
Test Kit : L – Malic acid 0.2g/L
Test Kit : D – Glucose 0.5g/L - The Enzymatic Test Kits provide for a minimum of 50 Tests depending on whether the test kits are being used with a Manual, Semi-automatic or Automatic Spectrophotometer.
The max. volume is 2ml for a manual spectrophotometer (50 Test/kit) to 1ml for a Semi-automatic Spectrophotometer (100 Test/kit) to 0.2 – 0.5ml for a fully automatic analyser (ie 200+)
(Note: If microcuvettes are used, these provide 100 tests/kit, otherwise using a 1cm cuvette, 2 x 50ml of reagent = 50 tests/kit) - The Enzymatic Test Kits are composed of thermostable enzymes. BIOGAMMA are the only company to possess a NAD/NADH system in a stable liquid form.
The working reagents can be stored and remain viable at 2 – 8C .
The reagents can therefore be refrigerated but not “Frozen”.
Incubation of the reagents is not required.
When working at 15 – 25C only wait 15 min. instead of 10 min. - When determining YAN (Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen) both the AMMONIA & ALPHA AMINO NITROGEN Test Kits use a wavelength of 340 nm, SAVING TIME in switching to other wavelengths

A Standard Results Validation Solution of Acetic acid 0.3g/L or L – Malic acid 0.2g/L or D – Glucose 0.5g/L is provided at NO cost with each of the Test Kits to check the validity of analysis results (ie added as an additional sample/s during routine analysis).
The Methods of Analysis for the 50 Test, 100 Test and 200 Test Kits are included with each Test Kit, however copies of the Methods of Analysis can be emailed upon request.
